A catch-all email account receives emails addressed to former users or
non-existent users on a virtual site. For example, if an email is addressed to
mary@xyz.com but the user name "mary" does not exist on that domain, the
email is routed to the catch-all account.
Catch-all email accounts are setup and managed by users who have been given site admin status.
This involves simply creating a certain alias for a designated user. This user does not have to
be the Site Admin.
The "catch-all" email account can be activated/deactivated for any or all your domains at any time.
