Each Web Partner Suite and Hosting Kit comes with an unlimited number of user accounts. No matter how large the organization is, you can count on having plenty of room for your staff to grow while being an integral part of your eActivities.
Each user account includes a unique username and password which provides access to:
- An email box (POP3) which can hold up to your site's web space limit in mail data and can be accessed through
your own preferred email software - Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape
Messenger, etc. Email boxes can also be accessed using a web-based email service such as hotmail.com or mollymail.com.
Each email box includes an autoresponder (vacation reply) and an unlimited number of email address aliases
which can be activated or edited by the user at anytime using the administration interface (control panel).
- An FTP account to upload and download files to your site. FTP accounts can also be restricted to upload/download
files in a user's personal directory rather than all the directories of the site.
- An administration interface (control panel) which allows changes to account settings
such as passwords, email address aliases, autoresponders, file backup and restore features and more.
Site Administrator
One or more of the user accounts can be set to "site admin" status. Any user whose user account is set to site admin
will have advanced access to the control panel to setup and manage user accounts and access privileges, disk space, mailing lists, disk/web usage reports,
and site backup/restore features.
